The new warranty provides an extension to the existing three-year guarantee, and demonstrates supreme confidence in product quality. Available on all pumps within the ranges, the new warranty covers everything except misuse of the pump and consumable items, and offers free of charge collection prior to repair or replacement within the UK.
If the product is to be repaired, customers have the option to take advantage of Watson-Marlow Bredel’s EXCHANGEexpress service, which provides a replacement pump the next day, ensuring minimal downtime.
