520 IP66 NEMA 4X PROCESS PUMPS

Watson-Marlow Bredel has launched three new IP66-rated pumps to satisfy the requirements of the toughest processing industries. The result of several years design work and customer research, the new 520 series of peristaltic pumps provides unrivalled levels of accuracy, reliability and control for the harshest operating environments.

The IP66 NEMA 4X washown cased pumps produce flow rates up to 3.5 litre/min at pressure up to 7 bar.

The new 520REH LoadSure element pumphead offers pressure capabilities up to 7 bar (100psi) constant pressure.

• The new 520SN/REH have manual control
• The new 520UN/REH accepts manual and analogue auto control
  0-10V or 4-20mA
• The new 520DuN/REH accepts RS485, analogue auto and manual control

For continuous tubing applications requiring pressures up to 2 bar use the R2 pumphead.
