Very compact

The FP50 is a compact aseptic tabletop filling system offering integrated full or partial plugging with rubber stoppers (standard injection and lyophilisation plugs - 13 and 20 mm). The machine's footprint is only 1.5m x 0.6m. This is ideal for small-to-medium sized bio-pharmaceutical companies, laboratories and pharmaceutical research and development departments.

Easy handling and change-over

The stainless steel vibrator bowl can handle 13mm and 20mm plugs. Only the chute, jaws and piston have to be changed when plug size is changed. An adjustable working beam with centrally adjusted guides conveys vials between working stations. No parts have to be changed for the entire vial range.

LAF / Isolator

FP50 is designed to integrate into a LAF cabinet or an isolator. All materials and surfaces are designed to GMP standards for aseptic filling.
